Welcome to Dresson.ai ("we," "us," or "our"). Dresson.ai provides an AI-powered service that allows users to virtually try on clothes by uploading photos ("Service").

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide to us directly and information that is automatically collected when you use the Service.

A. Personal Data

When you use our Service, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

  • Email address (for account creation, order delivery, and notifications).
  • Cookies and Usage Data.

B. User Content (Images)

To provide our AI clothing swap service, you must upload images ("User Content").

  • Original Photos: Photos of yourself or models.
  • Garment Images: Photos of the clothes you wish to try on.

How we handle your images:

  • Processing: Your images are uploaded to our secure servers solely for the purpose of processing the AI generation.
  • Retention: We value your privacy. Original photos and generated results are stored temporarily to allow you to download them. We automatically delete your uploaded images and generated results from our servers within 24 hours.
  • No Training: We do not use your personally identifiable uploaded photos to train our public AI models without your explicit consent.

C. Usage Data

We may collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This may include your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide the Service: Specifically, to process your uploaded photos and generate the "virtual try-on" result.
  • To process payments: To facilitate transactions via our Merchant of Record.
  • To maintain the Service: To monitor the usage of our Service and detect technical issues.
  • To communicate with you: To send you the results of your AI generation, updates, or marketing materials (only if you have opted in).

4. Payment Processing (Lemon Squeezy)

We use a third-party Merchant of Record to handle secure payments. We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processor.

Our Merchant of Record is Lemon Squeezy.

  • When you make a purchase on Dresson.ai, the transaction is processed by Lemon Squeezy.
  • Their use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

  • Cloud Infrastructure & AI: We use third-party cloud providers to host our website and run the AI models. These providers have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
  • Analytics: We may use third-party Service Providers (such as Google Analytics) to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

6. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

  • Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active.
  • Image Data: Deleted automatically within 24 hours as described in Section 2.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the United States (or other jurisdictions where our secure cloud servers are located) and process it there.

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
